We offer support sessions! Let’s meet for an hour via Zoom (a free video-based web platform - though we can chat on the phone if that’s more comfortable to you, too), and connect about what’s on your heart and mind.

With experience in counselling, massage therapy, and somatic processing - we have been working with clients for years and we enjoy collaborating with practitioners to build new skills and identify best practices, invite new ways of being, and discover creative solutions to the things that have you feeling stuck.

As epic spaceholders, affirming listeners, compassionate witnesses, and creative thinkers - we are honored to support you on your journey to offering trauma-informed care.

what to expect

Support session are emergent and based entirely around your needs. Our goal is for you to receive just what you need, and this is a) subject to change and b) hard to summarize, but for you reading this web page, we will try.

We will provide deep listening, affirmation, and new skills and tools for you to use with clients. We might brainstorm creative solutions to pieces of your work that feel impossible, discover self-care strategies to support your resiliency in showing up to this work, and explore trauma-informed exercises to share with clients. You might decide to work with us once, you might decide it’s of benefit for this to be ongoing, or perhaps you just want to check in for a session every so often and on an as-needed basis. This is entirely up to you and you don’t need to know right now. Rest assured we will do our best to show up for you and your practice, supporting trauma-informed care and the kind of growth you desire.
